"I hired Kevin to reroute duct going to a vent in an upstairs bedroom after doing my kitchen remodel. Something I thought I could do on my own but a change in my cabinet design plan meant moving my duct about 2 inches over. Kevin quickly replied to my Angi request and came over the same day to provide an estimate. He completed the work the following day! While here, he noticed that my sink wasn't hooked up yet, and said he could do that and install a faucet, recommending me to use a shelf until my counters came in. What a GREAT idea!! So i did just that and asked for a quote to install the piping below the sink and the faucet. His quote was much better than a 5 star plumber I had found online, going above and beyond what the plumber would do by installing new valves for free!! Also asked him to clean out my dryer vent as my brand new dryer was leaking water.. He and his amazing wife pulled out enough lent to fill a queen size pillow!! They said, I was the winner with having the most lent stuck in a dryer vent.. (I'm the new owner of the house). They even showed me how to replace my HVAC filter as I didn't know where it was. "We hired Plumbing Tree to fix an improperly installed flange by the builders of the home. The quote from them was a little high, but calling around it was similar to other plumbers. The plumber agreed that the flange was not installed correctly (rotated 90 degrees) and the bolts were stripped. The first appointment was missed, I got a text message an hour before he was supposed to show up saying that he could no longer make it due to the current job going long. The next day, I got a text right before our installation time window that he would be late. The plumbers were professional and seemed to be doing a good job. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. The sink wasn't caulked as we want to touch up the paint first and he was very kind to actually leave us a tube of caulk and a rag for the job. After the job is done, there are two things that are bothering me. The first was that the flange (double flange to increase the height) was installed in the same 90 degree rotation as the initial one, so honestly I am a bit confused on this (the slots where you are supposed to put the bolts in every single manual on toilets are at the front and back instead of the side and the top and bottom slots were used on the sides instead). The toilet itself is slanted, not perpendicular from the wall (not by a huge amount, but it is noticeable). Since it is caulked down on our new floors, it is going to be permanently off square. Over all, I think they had a good attitude and the job that was quoted for 1 1/2 hours took 2 hours, so not bad there. We are saying we would not hire again due to the rotation of the flange, the inconvenience of rescheduling twice and that the toilet was installed a bit crooked."
