After getting 5 pro duct cleaning services from Angi's List, I called them all and received various responses, including virtual quotes and Manny and one other vendor offered to come out and do an onsite inspection. Manny came the next day and proceeded to inspect in a very professional and courteous manner to provide me with a quote to clean all duct vents in my house. He missed one duct but insisted on giving me the quote without that duct included. He proceeded to complete the cleaning even after having to replace his cleaning machine due to a failure. The end result was a pleasant experience for me in dealing with a problem I had never encountered before."

"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

Elizabeth responded immediately and Allyssa scheduled a service call that day. Roman was able to able repair my old system. "I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). I had another HVAC contractor out before calling Mechanical Comfort Systems and their proposal was significantly more expensive for a lesser system than I received from Mechanical Comfort Systems (the efficiency of the system was an upgrade from existing, and other company quoted replacement with same efficiency as existing). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"
