"The sales rep was Rick Crowell who was very informed about his product and the mini split systems.  His presentation to us was complete and he showed us many photos of other completed jobs and how they looked.  He made suggestions on the product and installation (which we took) and arranged for the installation.  We got another estimate that was lower from a competitor, but we felt that the product was not as good as Apple's and the sales rep was not as informed, helpful or responsive. 

The techs who installed the systems over 2 days were very professional, punctual and respectful of our home.  They wore booties every time they had to come into our home and were careful not to make any mess.  What debris was made was promptly cleaned up.Overall it was a very pleasant transaction and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my own family and friends.
