"We needed the 32 year-old ductwork replaced in our second story due to heavy infiltration of dust, pollen and bits of fiberglass insulation from the unfinished attic portion from deteriorated ducts. Given our pretty severe allergies to tree and grass pollen, the second story rooms were mostly unusable and even the first floor a problem, not as bad but still unpleasant. Even our cat was suffering. Drew, the sales manager, gave the whole system a very thorough review. He measured our rooms and discovered the system was oversized for the square footage, which not only put strain on the blowers but made the sound at the registers so loud it was difficult to speak on the phone in my office. He recommended an additional register in the hallway between the rooms. Glad he did. The thermostat is located in the hallway which also looks out over a large room with a cathedral ceiling. The new outlet has helped normalize the temperature and the AC/Heat run much less now and give more even temperatures. He also recommended a full house filter on the blower and an in-duct LED purification device that treats mold, dander, pollen and dust. Again, glad he did. They have made a big difference very fast, especially in pretty dramatically reducing dust and improving our respiratory systems. We had the same devices installed on our downstairs unit. We also had a detached first floor duct. In an above and beyond move, Drew went into the crawl space to check it out and temporarily repaired the duct until Maynor could replace it. The installation team, Jeff and Seth, were the superheroes of the project. There were two ducts so tight under the roof they looked as if they couldn't be replaced without tearing out part of the ceiling. One of those ducts had been shredded all the way through by an animal. It came out right over my desk and had been raining pollen, etc. down on me for some time. Seth managed to squeeze into the tight spots and replace the ducts all the way to the boxes. Both guys were very professional and personable and did a great job as unobtrusively as possible in a single day. Also very proud of the company and obviously happy to work there. Maynor sounds like a very customer and employee focused company."

"Originally I had them come out to look because my downstairs A/C system was cooling sporadically. The technician was really friendly, polite and informed me that it would be $1500 to replace the variable motor b/c it was completely done. My system is just now at 10 years old. "Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

"Jason Hogg did an exceptional job installing our new hot water heater. We have an Apollo heating system which largely depends on hot water flowing to HVAC. No water heater =No heat. The tank he replaced had lots of issues many due the last technician who installed it. Between water pressure way to high, Inappropriate ventilation, and several other deep concerns which basically broke down a 5 year old water heater. Jason was excellent at explaining what went wrong and what & why the new heater was need. We now have a bigger tank hooked up correctly! We will be adding better ventilation for the new tank. There were also issues with the older turning handles on our main water shut off that he replaced. I also must add that we had another before technician before Jason who came to service our water heater we requested. He informed us what we needed a technician for the Apollo systems water heater. Problem: quote way to low Jason dealt with our rage over price diff. He was fabulous a"
