They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."

"Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent. There was not an issue, just a difference and he was not impatient with me. He is a 5-star recommendation from me!"

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam at Cool Tech was the last person we met with of the five businesses, and ultimately the one who earned our trust. Where some of the companies saw an opportunity to add lots of extra bells and whistles (because of our son's sensitivity), Adam was honest and straightforward about what was necessary and what was not.
