"I call in the morning to get an estimate for a condenser replacement, and after reviewing the options with Ronald Amaya I made a decision for a trane 16 seer condenser. They brought it to my home that same morning and then came back in the afternoon to install it before the end of the day. After seeing their job I realized how flawed was the previous installation, they corrected a lot of the issues the previous installer had not paid attention to. The fact that two mechanical engineers were in charge of installing the unit gave me reassurance that the job was done up to very high professional standards. The gave me a lot of general advice on how to maintain and use the equipment and when they left everything was in good condition. They took care of registering the unit and send me the certificate of extended warranty. Will definitely use again for future needs and I highly recommend them."

"It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! "Adam, the installer and engineer, recommended replacements for the entire system as well as some additional return vents to assist in moving the air in my house as it seems the original system just was not designed for such a large house (which I agreed). The price for the entire forklift project was phenomenal and with the extra work he put into the overall redesign I, and my family, could not be happier. He was absolutely correct in estimating my savings on energy costs as well as the newer units are far more efficient than what was original to the house. Overall, he and his team replaced both outside units, attic units, redirected some air ducts, added two new return vents, and new thermostats. I could not be happier with the job that he did designing the replacement system, removing the old system and installing the new system. I couldn't have had a better installer and salesman than Adam if I tried as he made the entire transaction a pleasant one. "Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."
