"It went smooth and thorough and he gave us the information we needed to know. I was wanting to schedule something soon and they were able to come out two days after I inquired their services! Cant beat that. We also got a phone call explaining everything that was found for the air quality test and where to go from there. All their help was very much appreciated."

"Within 2 hours John was there with a helper ready to work. In just a few hours he ripped out the soggy ceiling, checked the walls for damage and pulled out carpet and padding, hauled all that away then brought in at least 7 power blowers and commercial dehumidifier to dry out my living room. I cannot image a better experience at my moment of crisis. Thank you John."

"If you do not have an emergency check the cost for each function and/or get a second bid, particularly if you do not have insurance coverage. They showed up quickly."

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."

"It was extremely stressful to have asbestos found in my lower level after flood damage. Having your house torn up is no fun. The guys from EnviroBate took away so much of that stress! They were so understanding, so professional, and so considerate of my time. The repeatedly accommodated my need to access various areas of the house in the midst of their work. They worked around multiple issues at my home and were so careful with my animals. One guy (Darin) even fixed my garage door and carried down a very heavy container of food for my animals. He also asked if their equipment would scare the animals and had me monitor the animals while he turned on various tools to make sure the animals wouldn't freak out. These guys are great and I'd highly recommend them!"

"Customer Service was excellent. They were efficient, trust worthy, and did everything they were asked to do."

"Everything from the design through to the completed project went very smoothly and project ended up being gorgeous!! Trevor kept us well informed and there were no hiccups or surprises. Excellent quality work and beautiful finished project!!"

"Very well. Their service saved us money and the work was top tier. TJ was very smart and knew exactly what the issue was and removed the mold and helped us come up with a plan of action to prevent it from coming back.

"My experience with them was generally good. We checked the prices from 5 different contractors listed on Angie's List, but we got the best price from Sunny Day. The highest quote we got from Factor 10 was $3000 and the cheapest was $300. I just could not believe the difference in price. He did an adequate job. He was not perfect, but he was good. I was happy with him. He charged for what he did and the job he did was fantastic for the price we paid."

"Excellent. We spoke about price and he was responsive to immediate needs as we wanted work done before Monday am. We did not want owners or customers at risk of ice dropping down on them. He came out on a Sunday and worked well into the dark to take care of safety issues. Most pleased with his performance. He is very honest only starts the clock for charging when he is on the roof and starts steaming. No extra charges for driving or preparation time. Very honest likable contractor."
