"My 33 yr old HE Carrier furnace finally gave up. It was a part that would cost over $1000 to replace. At that point, the repair tech suggested I might be better off to put that towards a new unit. I might add he was not pushy in any way, merely making some common sense suggestions. He did locate the part and did offer to do a repair, but economically it didn't really add up. He offered to contact a rep who could be at my house that afternoon (on a Friday). He did show up promptly, we reviewed my options, and settled on a Bryant unit to complement my new a/c unit (also done by Pronto). He told me the installers would be present at 700am on Monday, and they were. The installers were timely, conscientious, friendly and professional. They were also very clean, covering my tile entryway with a cloth, and all of my exposed carpet with plastic, and I didn't have to ask for that. On top of that, they wore shoe protectors as well! The install took about 3 hours, and we were ready to go. They even added a return for the unit at no extra cost. I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but this is one company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They take a complex decision and make it really simple and uunderstandable. They never apply selling pressure or steer you towards a unit you don't want. They answer their phones promptly, and keep you up to date with text messages all along the way. The repair tech even reduced the price of my new furnace by the cost of the service call (which I did pay). All in all, my experience in replacing my a/c and furnace units could not have been less stressful, or more professionally handled. More service companies should run their business like Pronto. Highly recommended."

"Was referred to Jim by a buddy at my work. I set an appointment in mid-June for Jim to come out and look at my set-up, and Jim was out the next day. We had a tremendous amount of rain here in June, so the actual install was pushed out a couple of weeks. Jim and another employee arrived early on the date scheduled and worked for a number of hours to install my new A/C unit. They also updated my air intake in the utility room, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Jim and James were very professional and very polite. A couple months later, my two year old flipped our switch to the furnace off and then back on while the A/C was running, causing a problem with the compressor. Eventually it started to work again, but James was out the next morning to double-check that everything was OK - at no cost to me. Can't say enough about the service provided. Much more personable (and less pushy) than some of the bigger companies that we received quotes from."

"I called Randy Lane Plumbing after feeling like I got completely ripped off by a different company. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice, and even though I had told them that I didn't need work done, they took the time to talk me through what had already been done at my house and what their costing would have been on it. With the "bad" company, I paid $424 for 80 minutes of work and $30-$60 of parts, and when I questioned the bad company that did it to ask for itemization on how this $424 total was calculated, got yelled at for questioning their pricing structure. Randy Lane was upfront about what their labor rates would have been, and I would have probably gotten the work done for $280 or less if done by them. I wish I had worked with them (and will give them a try in the future), and really appreciate that they took the time to talk me through their pricing."

"Replacing the washing machine wall box valve went well. Dave went over what he needed to do before doing the work. Dave was very friendly and courteous. Dave arrived on time, prepared to do the work. After original task was completed Dave asked if we would like anything else looked at while he was onsite. Dave did an excellent job for a fair price."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Service person Joe did great work. He is confident, interested in the work, understands what he's doing, and is able to explain what he's doing. He took the time to let me know just how to think about the unit even though. I couldn't ask for more. If you want to gain some confidence in your central air unit, I would guess that "rejuvenation" is the package to go with."

"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and he will be the first plumber I call from now on.
