"I had Noah out for a leaking faucet. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options to fix my problem. I ended up replacing my faucet. The install was flawless. Great company! I would call them again for sure."

"I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company."

" We spent more than $35,000 with JC Enriquez within just a few months, including over $4,000 for four new toilet installations and more than $30,000 for a bathroom remodel caused by a plumbing issue. The remodel took over six weeks, and during that time we were displaced from our bedroom and had to move into a spare room upstairs. Recently, I noticed the caulk around the bathtub seal was coming up. It took more than two weeks for someone to come out, and the repair itself took only about five minutes. Instead of handling it as a courtesy, I was told the work had been installed in January 2024, the warranty was only for two years, and I was a few months outside the warranty period, so technically I should be charged got a $150 service call. While he were here, one of the toilets they had installed also needed a very minor adjustment inside the tank. Again, I was told I was just outside the warranty period and would have to pay over $150 for a service call for what was a 2 min adjustmen"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Castroville, TX

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
