Depending on how my appointment went, I had already decided to cancel my account with BAHP and was in the process of looking for a new company. However, when my appointment finally went through, I was able to work with Alex, and he completely changed my mind about the company. He was not only quick, skilled, and thorough, but also friendly and respectful; he even loved on my dog! He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of air-conditioning and made it easy for me to understand the processes without being patronizing. "One of my AC units was not working correctly so as always I went to Angi to find someone qualified to do the work. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"

"I love this company! They did a fantastic job 6 years ago when they installed a new AC unit for us. They've provided us excellent service ever since. Last week we finally decided to replace the furnace, too. They gave us the quote on Wednesday afternoon, and they were here bright and early Friday morning to start the work. I strongly believe that these are honest and fair people. I'm not at all surprised to see that they've received stellar ratings from others. The best part of all is that they fixed my daughter's above garage/east facing bedroom cooling problem. Before the work, her room was like a frying pan during summer mornings. Bradham Brothers took care of that problem like it was nothing, and they did it for a very reasonable price. This is life altering stuff!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
