Depending on how my appointment went, I had already decided to cancel my account with BAHP and was in the process of looking for a new company. However, when my appointment finally went through, I was able to work with Alex, and he completely changed my mind about the company. He was not only quick, skilled, and thorough, but also friendly and respectful; he even loved on my dog! He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of air-conditioning and made it easy for me to understand the processes without being patronizing. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
