"Consulted with Robert on my 9 year old Acer laptop that was running very slow. He examined within 24 hours of drop off, and expressed concerns with both software and hardware, concluding attempt at repair highly questionable, with high risk of near term failure(s). I concluded money better spent on transferring data to new laptop. With guidance from Consumer Reports (December, 2018) and White Wolf, I concluded that an i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and SSD (solid state drive) was best for my use and was open to Dell, Lenovo or HP brands. I decided against a touchscreen given disadvantages of reduced battery life and increased cost of repairs. I found Dell and HPs that met my specs in the $620-650 range on sale this week at Staples, and chose and delivered to WW an HP Pavilion with 15" screen. In a few days they transferred all data, provided and installed Microsoft Office, and installed their own security program and service ($50 per year). I have purchased three laptops and this was, by far, the best experience and service. All my questions were answered by Robert and Kelsey and I have great confidence in their expertise and professionalism. I found their prices roughly comparable to competitors with the difference being WW's responsiveness and knowledgeable service which was notably superior to that I have experienced with three other local computer service providers. Total costs: $195 for assessment and transfer of all data and installation of programs; $150 for Microsoft Office and $50 for virus protection (annual cost) or ~$395. The whole process went smoother and quicker than expected-- in ~ 4 days I was back in business. Thanks Robert and Kelsey!!"
