"On 6/8/11 I called and left a message.  I was called back within minutes and told someone would be at my house on 6/10/11 to look at my garage door.  I met Neil on 6/10/11 who looked over the existing door and hardware and gave me an estimate to replace everything and add the garage door opener.  Neil said he would call me when a date could be set for the installation of everything.  I was called on 6/14/11 and was told someone could be at my house on 6/15/11 for installation. On 6/15/11 I met Mike who was just finishing the installation of my new garage door when I arrived home.  Everything went smooth and everything is working great.  I would use this sompany again.  Very user friendly and professional."

"He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.

"After submitted a quote through Angies list, Derek contacted me right away and within 24 we had a deal to install garage door. Garage door came in within the reasonable time frame Derek told me it would. Installation started at 8:45 am and was done sometime between 1-1:30pm. I paid 1,200 for door, springs, hardware, tracks and much more. Some places quoted me $1,200 for just the door and installation. Crews cleaned up all the old garage door pieces nicely, let me know when they where finished and tested the door with me. I couldnâ t be happier with my new garage door."

"Wwhile company has not yet nstalled the new doors (they have been ordered). There is about a 4 week delivery time frame. The owner/ rep was very responsive to inquiries, prompt and had no issue of speaking in person at my home. He did not push any particular grade of door or other product and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced about garage doors and in the garage door industry."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
