"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His crew came in and did an excellent job on both bedrooms. They had to repair some holes in the walls and I wanted the closets painted also. The rooms look GREAT! "Good size odd shape poo with spa. Selected the quartz plaster. They replaced the pool tile also. Price seemed competitive with others. Plastering went well. On time as scheduled. Everything about the replastering was straight forward. They had trouble installing the new pool light. Still not hanging properly. They said will come back when water is warmer so person could get in the water for longer time. I agreed and will call them end of May or early summer. I trust they will complete the job as they seemed reliable and did spend several hours on the light already."
