"Scott runs a great company. He and his staff are very attentive to detail, and very courteous. They wear cloth boots before coming into the home and clean up after their work. He is very accessible via email text, or phone. Scott went out of his way to make sure the job is well done and to the satisfaction of the customer."

"This is the third time I've used Reddi Services and had specialist Pepe Munoz make plumbing repairs! Each time he has been punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He has installed a garbage disposal, replaced a kitchen faucet, and replaced the seals and rebuilt a wall-mounted toilet! In all cases, his work has been excellent! I definitely recommend this company based on my experiences."

"We are absolutely delighted with services provided by this company. We had numerous problems that needed attention, clogged and broken sewer line, replacing lavatory drain lines, replacing old and leaking shower/bathtub faucets, and installation of a water shutoff valve. Our service man, Clinton, was wonderful! He came the next day after our call, started work immediately and approached the work with good cheer even though presented with difficult and unforeseen and very difficult challenges. He was returned landscaping as he found it after trenching, was very careful to keep floors clean inside the house and carefully cleaned up the debris from cutting tile and wallboard. We called every plumber in the Sedona area, thinking we could find someone local. Several were at least a week out in appointments some never responded to our call. So it was even more of a pleasure when we contacted Mr. Rooter and received such prompt and professional assistance. We highly recommend this company and have also signed up for their annual advantage plan."

"Don did a outstanding job with replacing my bathroom sink faucets. The job turned out to be less than easy to remove the old faucets. Don had to use his skills to finally get the job done. Don was exceptional in communicating the repairs needed to finish the job."

"The faucet was replaced well, just like they'd done in our master a few months earlier. The completely rebuilt toilet was running again within days. So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Cave Creek, AZ

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
