Rob was knowledgeable, diligent, patient and open towards our questions and concerns. Best experience I had with any company rep to date. He came out twice to our place (once the first time to look at the issue, second before he took the work to make sure we all are on the same page.) And then he was there before the work was started to make sure all of us were on the same page. The crew that came out (Darwin, Juan, Raul, Hammie, Chilo) were very careful about their work, respectful, and meticulous. They plastic sealed the work area to prevent dirt, and broom cleaned the area after they were done. "I have a service contract with First Class Heating & AC and got bids from them and other contractors to replace my older heating and AC system.  First Class's price was very competitive.  I liked the recommendations that they made for what I wanted -- an efficient system but not super-efficient or super-expensive since this is a vacation home.  They also offered a discount of $250 for Angie's List members.  They came on the date I requested and the technicians were very thorough and professional.  The installation manager, Ron Witke,  also visited my home and arranged to have two additional technicians come to help move the old and new outside units, which had to be lifted manually over a fence. They vacuumed my carpet and cleaned up carefully after the work was completed.
