"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"Great work, great experience for tankless water heater project! Highly recommend them for plumbing and general contracting."

"Mr. Eric Castillo from E.C. Plumbing replace exiting Rheem tankless water heater, with a new Rinnai tankless water heater, I provided the water heater, and Mr. Castillo did the installation. Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

"We had a broken water heater in the middle of holiday weekend. not only did all american respond quickly and very profesionally, but they quoted me  a very competetive price. i am extremely pleased with all american plumbing and the service they provided. needless to say i  would absolutely recommend all american to all my friends and relatives.
