He was professional, knowledgeable and quickly determined his approach to fix our dilemma. He transported the sofa to his shop worked his magic on the arm removal and by 3pm our daughter had the sofa in her apartment, all put back together; good quality workmanship.

"Riccardo was the most competitive of four leather upholstery re-storal companies we rec'd quotes from.  He provided a reference from several years ago, and his web site had impressive pictures and additional references.  We had a few bumps along the way.  He did not come and see the sofa, but provided a firm quote based on pictures sent to him via email.  When he arrived to do the work, he immediately claimed he could not do the work at the price quoted.  Original quote was $375, and we agreed on a revised quote of $500.  Also, he was not able to complete the work the day he arrived since it was more extensive than he had thought.  We re-scheduled for another day, and the work was completed.  Riccardo communicated well via phone and email."
