"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

All of my ideas were discussed prior to the project and Dan was able to accommodate everything I wanted. I can say with 100% certainty that the kitchen I got turned out better than what I hoped for. Dan's finish work was exceptional, and many pieces were cut to fit on site and painted like cabinet trim, baseboards, and side paneling to fit perfectly in place. "The tear out was very efficient.  The tile job was very well done.  The installation of the toilet and sink appliances went well.
There were a couple of communication problems about what day certain jobs were scheduled.  Once a worker appeared at 8am in the morning without an appointment.  Another time no one showed up.  However, Raul, Jorge, and Daniel were all professional and friendly and accommodating.  I will use Pibi Tile again in the future if I have another project of this kind."
