"VERY responsive and timely.  For the insulation and drywall job, two other contractors had come out, measured, and then never called me back.  One said they were too busy and the other said it was going to be a really hard job, they'd need to take the window out, etc, etc.  None of that with Brand New Construction - I got the quote, and the job was done faster than anyone else had even returned a first call!  They even worked on it during some of the coldest days in the middle of winter - and it was cold up there!  Even without the heat run to the room yet, it was instantly at least 10 - 20 degrees warmer once they were done.

Everyone that came into my home was very professional and I felt very comfortable with them working in my home - this is very important to me.

"Bob came out and talked to me about what needed to happen. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even gave some advice on how the sump pump should be adjusted. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. Not much in the way of rain lately so won't know if everything sealed until then, but 4-Ever gives a lifetime guarantee so I'm not too worried. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes."

"These guys were great. Fred came out and gave me the quote. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had other roofers that looked and couldn't tell where the leak was. His son and another man showed up to start the work. They removed my siding and shingles very carefully so it could all be reused after the repair. Then, Fred and the other guy showed up the following morning to complete the job. The picked up all the garbage and you could barely tell they were there.
I would definitely recommend Fred for any roofing work. I just may need him again when I buy my next house.

"The company did not call me in the time frame specified when the coupon was purchased.  They did call me the following week.  The fellow came out and attempted to fix the downspout which was leaking from the top connector at the roof level.  He patched it and said if it didn't work he would come back to fix it. He said that it probably needed to be replaced.  I asked him what that might cost and he gave me a price.  After he left we had a heavy rain and the spout was leaking worse, sending water against the house and upstairs window.  I called the company and they said they would give the fellow a message.  I never got a return call so I am not sure if they gave him the message. I found the repairman's cell number in my phone and called him directly.  He came over immediately and replaced the spout.  He found it also had a clog in the bend.  He couldn't remember the price he quoted me and didn't seem like he was happy with the price I said he had told me, but he accepted it.   
When the project was finished it was fine.  However, I did pay for the coupon and the gutter was not properly repaired.  Then I paid an additional cost when he replaced the gutter and that was charged beyond the coupon deal.
