"I could not of been HAPPIER with the service provided!! The whole experience couldn't have gone BETTER!  The technician was punctual and even called momements before arriving on the designated appt. time. Once the technician arrived, he was very polite and briefly explained the cleaning process. He completed the job in a timely manner while still taking his time and paying attention to high traffic areas and set in stains. I've had my carpet professionally cleaned before by a different company and I've used a shampoo-er of my own and he was able to clean a spot that I never thought would come out! I was thrilled! The sofa and loveseat also look and smell so much better. The only thing that I would of liked to be better about the whole experience is how long it took the sofa and love seat to dry. They had given me a heads up though so, Once I stuck a fan in front of them, that helped alot. But everything looked so great, that my landlord actually liked the job so much, she decided to use "Like-Nu" as her cleaning company for her other rental homes. "Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.
