"Kody and his helper deid a wonderful job. They showed up at the scheduled time - Kody called me in advance to tell me he was on his way. We recently moved into a condo and had some extensive upgrades done. The plumbing was done by a different plumber, but was not done to our expectation. We decided to have the plumbing inspected by Manwill. Kody did the inspection, taking photos. He explained what needed to be done to bring it all up to code. We schedule a day for him to return and do the necessary work. He and his helper were very respectful of our condo, laying down tarps to protect the floor, keeping the work area clean, and cleaning up afterwards. We had an outside faucet freeze on us during winter causing flooding in our basement bedroom this Spring. We called Terry based upon his ratings.
