"They responded to my home quickly and professionally. The technician was very knowledgeable and candid and saved me unnecessary expenses. They fixed the issue and has our ac back up and running within an hour and made sure everything was clean before they left. Will definitely recommend them."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"Called on a Sunday evening and there was a serviceman at my door by 8 AM Monday morning. Mike, the serviceman, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs air conditioning or servicing. Thanks again for the speedy service and knowledgeable serviceman who repaired the air conditioner quickly!"

"The entire experience from the discussions with the company rep Scott O, to the completion of the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. I highly recommend Elm Air Conditioning."

"Had brand new AC set up. Job done right, fare price, great customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC contractor on Long Island for AC installation, emergency AC repair, or full system replacement, I highly recommend them."

"Kevin and Sal did a phenomenal job installing our new state-of-the-art HVAC system. This father-and-son team is incredibly hardworking, professional, efficient, reliable and accommodating. Kevin, who has worked in this business for many years and is extremely knowledgeable about energy-efficiency and environmental improvements, shares his expertise with his son, and it’s a pleasure to see them work side by side. We were referred to Kevin and Sal by our nephew, who had found them on Angi’s list when he needed a new boiler. He had told us they are customer-focused and strive to do the best possible job from start to finish—and he was right! What's more, after completing our HVAC installation right on schedule and reviewing every aspect of the new system with us, they left our home cleaner than it was before. We couldn’t be more impressed with all of their high-quality work."

"The process of meeting for an estimate through installation was seemless! The 2 men did an excellent job installing my mini split and cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future!"

"Heating 0il provider and boiler service on demand are reliable and competently performed."

"Joe responded to my online "request for quote" within an hour of me posting it. He offered to come the next morning and arrived exactly on time. He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck. The capacitor was replaced and the repair completed in 30 minutes. He then a quick review of our entire system to assess its overall health. My experience with Joe was so good that I have asked him to send me a service contract to maintain my AC system going forward."

"It Went Very Well!!  They were very helpful.  The window in my apartment is located in an alcove in my studio apartment which makes it very complicated.  They lead me in the right direction. Installed an awesome unit!!  Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!!!!!!!
