He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. Ever since we hired him it has been seamless and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend him and his company. He's always available for any emergency we've had regarding the units."

He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck.
