"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE."
