Nationwide was the only Angi contractor willing to quote me a flat rate for the removal of a 30-year old kitchen faucet and replacement with a new faucet that I bought. "This company is nothing other than excellent. A bit pricey, but you only get what you play for - and I got plenty. On Saturday afternoon, I found out that I needed a complete sewer line replacement. By late Sunday afternoon, I had one! The crew had to dig down about 10 feet to remove the broken line and then had to tunnel under my patio to get to the cast iron pipe in order to connect the new line. After the installation, the dirt was replaced, the area was seeded and covered with straw, and the sidewalks and parking lot were sprayed clean. Every single guy in the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Gregg, Chris and Mike. I have recommended Mahon to friends and family and have already scheduled another job. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
