"My friend needed repairs done on her AC unit and I recommend this company. They came out and repaired her very old AC unit to get her through the summer. She eventually decided to get a new AC unit and stop limping her old one along. Precise Air & Heating went above and beyond trying to stay in her budget for her needs. They were honest about the need for a new AC unit (which she already knew), and worked with her to repair her old one until she could finally get a new one. I am glad that I had an honest and reliable company to refer her to! Summers are too hot to wait around for an unreliable company to show up or give you and unreasonable quote. Thank you Precise for taking care of my friend!!"

"The technician was great showed me the problem and advised me on the repair and what I need to do to keep the A/c Working great. Be aware that a 35.00 part cost me over 300.00. I guess that's why they can do the service call for 89.00. told the customer service that that is outrageous and was told she would check on that and get back to me. Guess What, no callback and no compensation"

"Robert did an excellent job servicing our A/C unit for a very fair price. I intend to have him back soon to install a high rise toilet in our main bathroom. From now on, he’s my go-to guy!"

"I had an excellent experience with KAI HVAC SERVICES. They responded to my call quickly, Ivan was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process, and completed the work to a very high standard. I highly recommend them and will use them again."

"We had a new HVAC system installed. LunAire was very professional from the beginning. Price was very competitive. Project was completed in a timely manner. The management and crew were pleasant and professional. Crew treated our property with great care during and after the installation. We would highly recommend LunAire!"

"First week of the year over 100 degrees outside and my A/C unit failed. Worlock had serviced it over 2 years ago, and still took care of it like they serviced it yesterday. I called Worlock on a Saturday evening about my tenants A/C unit not even turning on and left a voicemail and he called back in 1 hour. I didn't expect to get anything repaired by Monday at the earliest, but he showed up on Sunday, made the repair, and called me to explain what happened."

"Great Customer Service, Great and clean Install of kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Also repaired outside valve/emergency shut off value that previous year was replaced but started leaking again for some reason for free because of 2 year warrantee. Gave us Veteran discount and honored our coupon too! Very satisfied with this excellent company and their customer service and work. Would recommend them for any job!"

"I used them to install a new furnace, new central air unit. They have done a great job. Also have them to check furnace for the winter and I am having them come out next week to clean my air ducts. I highly recommend them, Excellent service, very professional staff."
