Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! He did not try to sneak in extra work to up the cost after he started and got out whole hvac system replaced in 1 day! Even before he started work, they followed up after doing the initial estimate. Unfortunately I had a death in the family and had to push the work out almost a whole month later than planned and both Calvin and Sarah were amazing. They were very understanding and even sent a thinking of you message out the blue to let me know there were thinking of my family during the process. "They came the next day after putting in the request to Home Advisor. They gave me a time window when they would be there in the morning and they were there within that time window. Found the problem and fixed it in no time. I set up a yearly maintenance plan for my A/C and Furnace while they were here. They will bill me, so do not know what it will cost me with the maintenance plan I'm putting in place until I get the bill for the repair visit and maintenance plan, but I have a general idea of the cost. With one of the other contact from Home Advisor, I would have had to pay on site after the repairs and wait several days before I could get on their schedule for them to come out and make the repairs to my A/C."
