"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

Bruno even called to let me know that he would be arriving closer to the end of that window which allowed me to run out to do an errand. He the arrived at the time he indicated. This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did a decent job of cleaning out the dryer. They came on time and were professional. I think they were more interested in getting us to purchase the larger air vent and duct cleaning package which is not something we were interested in. They came out within a week or two weeks after I bought the deal. They certainly responded pretty quickly to schedule the service. They were certainly reliable and punctual. When they looked at our dryer, I am not sure exactly what it meant but they said they couldn't clean the duct exactly the way they were supposed to so they went outside and vacuumed it from there. The price was reasonable but probably I would have done better if I had looked around.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
