"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did a decent job of cleaning out the dryer. They came on time and were professional. I think they were more interested in getting us to purchase the larger air vent and duct cleaning package which is not something we were interested in. They came out within a week or two weeks after I bought the deal. They certainly responded pretty quickly to schedule the service. They were certainly reliable and punctual. When they looked at our dryer, I am not sure exactly what it meant but they said they couldn't clean the duct exactly the way they were supposed to so they went outside and vacuumed it from there. The price was reasonable but probably I would have done better if I had looked around.
