She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
