"Terrible to work with.Took much longer to build than was quoted. Concrete inspection failed twice. As a result the floor is not level and is out of square. Framing inspection failed. To save costs, we said we would stain the wood. We thought all of the wood was provided which we stained. Then more wood was brought in which they installed without first letting us stain it. We had to stain the main beam once it was installed because of their poor communication. Framers removed the attaching house roof & left it uncovered. It rained that night and we had rain in our kitchen and living room. Ceiling & walls had to be redone. Painter they hired was a poor communicator. Never came when he said he would. When he did come, he managed to paint our kitchen curtains and painted shut one of the ceiling kitchen vents. Left his equipment for days in our porch area, kept saying he would be by to pick it up. The only time Fred came by was to pick up payments, never checked the quality of work done by his employees. We could go on, but there was not much good to report about this contractor. Stay away from!"

"Sergio and his crews are the very best. Excellent communication, highly understanding, and very reasonable in his pricing, especially considering the quality of the final product. We had a water leak and needed a new shower, drywall, and flooring, and the quality of the work was all incredible. Sergio is also highly motivated by delivering on and exceeding expectations. He truly works as if it was on his own house and holds his crew to very high standards. Would choose to work with him again and again."

"We hired them for a complete house remodel, porch addition, and a 54ft by 14ft addition to the back of our home. They added 600 sq foot of living space, an amazing new gourmet kitchen. We also had them install new flooring throughout, new roof, windows, and new HVAC. They have truly transformed our home at a very fair price compared to the increase in home value we received. Jad(the owner) was very responsive throughout the whole process(always same date responses to questions, changes, concerms) and their entire crew is made up of people who do great work, people you can trust alone in your home without any question, and everybody is a craftsman in their respective trades. "Patio started out good. Work got sloppy. After many attempts to get it done correctly, I had to get someone to come back and redo the grout. We also had to get some pavers leveled out. Much much money spent on yard as well and work done looks like something I could have done myself. Much money wasted."

"My husband and I met with the owner of this company, Todd, in March. We agreed to have a sunroom built on our existing deck. First, there was a problem with getting a building permit (no fault of ours). Todd had an engineer come out and get further measurements and we were told they would be submitted to the city for permit. Needless to say, we have had a hard time getting in touch with Todd and cannot get any information. Here we are three months later and nothing has happened. The last text correspondence was on a Thursday (June 6) and he said he would be in touch with us the following day before 5. Today is June 17, and still have not heard from him. The customer service is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone."

"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."
