"Everything went well working with Chris and Dan. This was our first experience remodeling anything in our home and we were very anxious and paranoid the whole time. As a result, we were often asking questions as to why they were doing things a certain way and both were happy to explain themselves and it always made rational sense. They were very patient with our questions as well as our indecisiveness at times and they were also helpful in providing guidance from a design and functionality standpoint which we found valuable. The other note was this was our only shower in our place so Chris and Dan worked hard to get the project done quickly so we didn't have to shower at the gym any longer than we had to. I will not lie, I would have like to spend a little less money but after getting a couple other quotes in the preliminary stages FCR definitely was at market value and they provided a level of detail and attentiveness that we did not receive from the other contractors we approached. Again everything seemed to be at market value and all the money charged was validated with quality work. Finally, FCR was good about ensuring that we were happy after they were done, there was a small area where the paint didn't seem to be drying right and they came back several times to ensure it ended up the way we wanted it.
