We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. "I love this company! They did a fantastic job 6 years ago when they installed a new AC unit for us. They've provided us excellent service ever since. Last week we finally decided to replace the furnace, too. They gave us the quote on Wednesday afternoon, and they were here bright and early Friday morning to start the work. "I have been using the company for about 7-8 years. I recently had an issue with the heat pump. They were very responsive and came right out. I called them on a Sunday morning and they were out in about 40 minutes. He had to replace 2 parts but only charged me for one of the parts. He did not want to take a chance on having the other part fail down the road and for me to be charged again for that. They try to go the most cost effective route and will not price gauge.I know the owner personally and have known him for several years. He runs an excellent outfit. Being on their plan has really helped me out and gives me great service. They provide an excellent service and are very customer oriented. They are very helpful and happy to work with you on whatever you need. They have always explained to me what they are doing and why which I have really appreciated. They like to keep me informed and are very interactive."
