"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Brian was the one who installed my air conditioning unit. excellent work, not only on time, took several hours but he did an excellent job. after the installation, he cleaned my room where it was installed. He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."

They provided the routine courtesy call when they were about 45 minutes away.

Out of three HVAC service companies we've had in our 8 year old house these are the best.  They spent twice the time the others did servicing the units.

Fortunately, nothing major was wrong and they told us about one minor item that was they fixed. 

I would highly recommend this company in the future.

They did present a very reasonable maintenance plan that we will probably purchase in the future.
