Once the job was finished, our numbers were minuscule (that is good in the mold business). His team came in, cleaned out the mold, and CLEANED EVERYTHING afterward! "They never answer when you call and you have to leave a message. They take forever to get back to you. We had them come to clean our gas fireplace and repair it, it worked for about a month then it stopped working. We called and of course had to leave a message, then called a second time and their mailbox was full, called 2 more times and they have never called us back. So we are out $250 and our gas fireplace is not working. I do not recommend this company, they have very poor customer service and don't warranty their work if it doesn't stay fixed."
