"When I was booking, Joe was great to work with. Upfront on pricing, estimated pretty accurately (considering that we haven't pack anything in boxes yet or started packing much at the time). I found them on Angies List, and their reviews were great. Had to video call on WhatsApp, and gave video tour so he can make his estimate. Had this been pre-covid or we had time would have had in person. On Moving day, Harvey, the lead was great. Explained the process as it happened. The mover were quick and efficient considering we have 4 flights of stairs down to the front door, and 4 flights of stairs up to our new apartment. Also the corridors where the stairs were are tight spaces as well. Protected all our furniture and disassembled and assembled our beds. Even took apart our fridge to fit it into the door and put it back together. In the end, they finish within the estimated time and the price estimate was accurate. Would hire them again on our next move."

"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape.
