Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. Regardless of the short notice, they were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate my tight schedule. Honestly, I could not have done this move without them -- they relieved so much stress off my back and made the whole process smooth sailing! They let me use their plastic crates for my move, delivering them two days before and allowing me to keep them for five days after. "It has been a very long time since I used the services of this company, but it is better late than never! I hired these folks just about two years ago, to move both a home and an apartment in Gladstone, in the same truck, to one location. It was a long day, they began at the house, then picked up the apartment items and were able to fit it all in one truckload. We then headed to the new home in Redland, where it was all unloaded and placed in the designated rooms. spread out between two levels and a loft, with some challenging stairs and maneuvering. This was a team of three guys, and they worked nonstop, to ensure that we were taken care of. This was no small feat. They were extremely good at what they did, taking care with the things that needed attending to, and packing and prioritizing very effectively, utilizing all the space that we had. I was extremely impressed, and the cost was far more reasonable than any other company! I gave them each a $ tip for working a 10 hour day to get the job done. "Marley's Movers traveled from Albany, Oregon to Las Cruces New Mexico to pick up my sister's entire household to move to Albany. They arrived right on time, got to work packing immediately.. They were both efficient and careful in packing my sister's items. Furniture was handled carefully and packed securely in the trailer with plenty of protective padding all around. The people that came to pack my sister were so kind to her. She had dementia was easily confused and forgetful. They treated her with such respect and I very happy to see that. "We recently retired from working for the City of Tampa, and were planning a move to North Carolina to be closer to our remaining family members. Got referrals from Home Advisor for moving companies, and after checking BBB ratings on each were very impressed with All Roads Express for their A+ rating, good reviews and overall customer satisfaction rating! When I called I spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful in planning our anticipated move date and inventorying all of our household items to be moved. He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans. We were confident that we were in good hands, and paid a deposit to reserve our planned move date. Although we ultimately had to cancel that reservation to do a self-move (due to a number of other expenses that arose from our purchase of house/property in North Carolina), Mark continued to show nothing but very professional and courteous demeanor and conversation when we called to advise him of our change in plans. He was even able to process a very expeditious refund of our deposit with All Roads.
