"Mike Nichols - the owner, did a top notch job from the time he came over to evaluate the leaking from my 28 yr old furnace, estimate repair cost and options to replace it, to doing the actual install yesterday with his associate Rick. Extremely professional, polite, personable, thorough, extremely detailed resulting in a very, very clean install. Mary from Mike’s office is also very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend Mike and Precision Heating & Cooling!! Adding to the review I did in December 2023 after the furnace install. Today (5/23/2024)Precision Heating & Cooling installed the new air conditioner as it needed to wait for the warner weather. Once again, Mike Nichols and his assistant did a top-notch job. Completed it within the estimated time window, very clean job from the furnace to the outside AC unit. Due to Mike's obsession with ensuring any wires, pipes etc he installs are very neatly tied down, he even tied down some long hanging cable wires I was just resting on the hanging ceiling. Now all tightly, neatly secured!! Highly recommend Mike Nichols and his company."

He was very knowledgeable about boilers and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. No parts or replacement was necessary. He also gave me some helpful tips on the system we have. "Cellino is awesome. They saved the day when my basement flooded in 2018. So when a few weeks ago my parents (both in their 80's) had plumbing problems, they called me, and as their POA, it was a no-brainer. Cellino. I called and made an appointment. The two techs assigned to the job, Nick Piracci and Joseph Neuhaus knocked it out the park. I expected no less based on the service I received two years ago. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and professional. Answered all my questions, explained everything and even provided answers to questions I wouldn't know to ask. My parents informed me of one issue, but it turned out to be far more and they were all addressed. Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA. Cellino was referred to me, and they are officially my go-to for plumbing needs. "24 hour service with NO up charge. Requested a repair, no heat. Existing Lennox furnace was 30 years old. Our first contact with Technician Nick was an indication of the professionalism and expertise of the company. Nick showed up sharing with us, great coffee from Lewiston. He found the furnace blower seized up but also the beginning of two cracks in the heat exchanger (CO hazard). Nick showed me the cracks with a camera. The furnace break down occurred the day we were supposed to leave for vacation. Belknap accommodated us with same day service and replacement with a new furnace. Everything was explained. People were in and out all day. Scott measured. Chris issued a proposal. Dave and Corey installed. A new Ruud furnace replaced the Lennox. The installers replaced all the exhaust pipes including that for the HW heater, disassembled the unused wood burning furnace connections, did electronic hookups to the circuit breaker panel, installed a hard wire combination smoke /CO detector and a new digital thermostat. All old equipment was removed and the work area cleaned up. The new setup looks much better, smaller and shiny. All conscientious and thorough guys. We chose not to replace the air conditioner (suggested due to the old style metal drip basin) since it still works. This would have cost more than the furnace. We felt the furnace install price was very fair considering the amount of work completed and the heat emergency. Give this company a call when you need heat!"

"Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"

"I went from electric to gas stove in my new house. More work than I thought was needed as larger pipes has to be installed to accommodate more volume. Mike did a lot of work and I feel the price I paid was reasonable. He was able to do the job soon after the estimate I will likely use him to install AC inn the spring. I feel like he's knowledgeable and is not going to overcharge."
