The two techs assigned to the job, Nick Piracci and Joseph Neuhaus knocked it out the park. I expected no less based on the service I received two years ago. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and professional. Answered all my questions, explained everything and even provided answers to questions I wouldn't know to ask. My parents informed me of one issue, but it turned out to be far more and they were all addressed. Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA. Cellino was referred to me, and they are officially my go-to for plumbing needs. "Roger did an awesome job on our family room that had water damage on the ceiling and walls. He also wired and installed a new ceiling fan. He’s efficient and very knowledgeable in many areas. He keeps in touch with you through out the entire process via text. He takes the time to send a text when he’s on his way every day that your your on his schedule . "I had a few estimates from some well known companies to install a new furnace & Air Conditioner for my house. Brian's estimate was a lot lower for a similar system. He gave us all the AC and furnace brochures so we could actually see what parts we will get. He explained in details all (3) different options, their costs vs features to help us decide what we really needed. 3 days after I approved the contract, Brian showed up early in the morning with all the parts. He got the old furnace out, the new one installed and working by 5PM. The AC replacement was completed the next day, even though we won't need to use the AC anytime soon. He then called us everyday for the next few days to make sure our system is working properly, which it is. All in all, it was a pleasure to do business with Brian. no hard pressure sell, just professional and good work ethics. Will recommend him to anyone."

It is code in our town, that we needed insulation in the walls, but they didn’t know the answer to that after I told them a handful of times. Their installers were very nice and did a very nice job though."

Mike did a lot of work and I feel the price I paid was reasonable. He was able to do the job soon after the estimate I will likely use him to install AC inn the spring. I feel like he's knowledgeable and is not going to overcharge."
