"Adding central air to an 18th century farmhouse with a separate attached apartment was a challenge. They did a great job, putting a high efficiency heat pump system upstairs , two minisplits downstairs, and two minisplits in the apartment (the latter was done a year after the initial job) The installation was done very well and all of the systems work great."

The workers were professional, friendly, and thorough. The installation was the day after July 5th on the July 4th weekend and the company worked us in during a heat wave when we desperately needed air conditioning.
Because babies and the elderly are especially prone to heat related problems the owner of the company was sensitive to our needs.
His workers stayed until 11:30 pm finishing the job after starting early in the morning.
The workers patiently explained how to operate the system and cleaned up well after the job was done.
We would recommend them to anyone needing a central air conditioning/heating unit.

"They completed the advertised Angie's list special to tune up our system, and then problem solved an issue we are having with our 60's era home sending equal heat to all rooms. Due to the poorly devised network of duct-work in our home, only so much can be done. But after assessing, they did play with the dampers, and it definitely made a little positive difference. We only paid for the Angie's List coupon for the tune up special. They charged us nothing more for problem solving and adjusting dampers. Thank you!"

"Installation crew called when 30 minutes away (approximately halfway through the service window quoted by Omni).  They arrived on time, were extremely polite and knowledgable.  Initially there were a few concerns from the crew regarding the compatibility of the purchased unit with the limited space I had in my furnace closet, and they ultimately agreed to install a similar unit that fit my HVAC system for the same price (the similar 'upgraded' unit is ~$20 dollars more on Amazon).  Two things pleasantly surprised me by this initial interaction: 1) the crew definitely had the expertise to anticipate and communicate problems before starting the installation process and 2) that they agreed to install the similar unit for the same price.  Both of these show good faith as a company, and as a customer, I will likely use them for my future HVAC needs.
The actual installation took ~120 minutes, and the 2-person crew was courteous and hard working throughout the process.   The crew wore booties to protect my floors. cleaned after themselves when complete, and showed me how to use the humidifier when they were finished.  I'm really satisfied.

"I contacted Murphy's Dryer Vent Service based on their Angie's list reviews and I'm glad I did. We just moved into our new home and had a new washer dryer installed. I was doing my laundry for the first time and the dryer would not run because it indicated the vents were clogged 90%, leaving me with sopping wet clothes. I called them at 1:30, and Kevin was at my house 20 minutes later. He worked fast, cleaned the vent, and was so quiet that he didn't wake my napping 1 year old! We've had our vents cleaned before in our old home and both providers we used were so rude. Kevin was informative, funny and just great to be around. Very happy, will be calling them again and recommending them to family & friends :)
