"After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man! "Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

"Instead of charging me a lot of money, the guy let me know it would be better to have someone pull out the drywall to see if there was mold.  I thought it was good service.  He could have just came out and charged me $500.00 for nothing.  I appreciated him being honest even at the detriment of losing service."
