"Paragon was the 4th contractor we contacted for the job, and the only one that provided a 3-D CAD drawing of the design, before requiring us to sign a contract and put down a hefty deposit.  Jason was very responsive to our questions, overall plan ideas, budget and timeframe.  We had a small hiccup midway through the project when Paragon pulled the mason crew to another job, pending inspection of our job, but Jason made up for the delays by putting extra crews on the job to finish the work before Christmas.  The end result is exactly what we were looking for and is beautiful. All crews were professional and did a good job cleaning up and leaving our property as close to the original condition as possible.  Jason and Jonathan went out of their way to be on-site as much as possible to address our questions and concerns as the job progressed.  They were flexible with our requests to change a few plants and lighting locations after the project had started.  We are looking to contract with Paragon for ongoing lawn maintenance and would definitely use them again for any masonry work or additional landscaping."

"I purchased the "Big Deal" for an irrigation inspection and tune-up. After contacting MTC Todd got back and set up an appointment. I explained that there were  some changes to the outdoor area (new deck and landscaping) and that some of the old heads were not hitting what was now required. Also we had several areas that remained soggy despite the limited rainfall. <br /> Todd found several leaks caused by the deck installers and old age and marked them as well as adjusted several heads that were out of line and not hitting some of the new landscaping. He gave me an estimate to replace the broken heads and to locate and repair the leaks as well as moving some of the lines and heads so they would be more effective. I also asked about running some new lines out to our garden that we have been hand watering. He would have to install a couple hundred feet of pipe and a wireless zone switch to avoid an extensive electrical install. We also wanted new drip lines to cover some existing shrubs and newer azaleas that were struggling due to the lack of rain and location away from existing heads. <br /> Todd came back at the appointed time and performed all the repair work and did a little extra work that came up AND the cost was still lower than the original estimate. The extra install work will be performed in the fall as I was very pleased with his professionalism and competence. <br />"
