"This is the second time I have had Quinn do work for me and I couldn't be more please with Tom or the work he did. When I put in the quote request he contacted me within seconds and was at my house within an hour to prep the old water heater for removal. The next morning he came right on time with the new water heater and had it up and running in short order. The quote for the job was fair even though he had to leave to get some materials to replace what was there. I'll definitely use Quinn again. If you have plumbing issues, give Tom a call. "Total Mechanical Systems went the extra mile. In one week they fixed my water heater and the igniter on my furnace. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. Their service techs are knowledgeable, and when the tech who came to my house couldn't diagnose the problem, he called in a more seasoned tech. They both worked on it for some time but only charged me the $99 diagnostic fee. Well done!"

"Would hire them in the future if I have a problem. Arrived right on time. The plumber was courteous, did a great job. I can't say if the cost was great because I have no idea what the cost of installing a copper water line to a refrigerator costs. It was more then I thought it would be, but could be what other plumbers charge."
