"I was referred to Walley's by a friend after experiencing trouble getting someone in to service my burner. When I called, I spoke to several courteous and professional staff members who went the extra mile to help me. I was concerned because the burner was running loud and we had already experienced a "puff back" on our old burner and didn't want to risk that again, and we had just started having a leak from what looked like an overflow pipe. I also mentioned that I had radiant heat in one room and needed an experienced technician that could manage the anti-freeze in the system. When I told Mandy the problem, she checked with Walley Sr. and he scheduled one of his best technicians to handle our job and got him out to us within a few days. Our technician, Alex, was polite, knowlegedable, professional and honest. He told me, as well as showed me everything he was doing, asked me to inspect the burner before putting it back together and did a very comprehensive inspection. Alex found that our leak was coming from a broken pressure valve which he had on his truck and replaced immediately.
