"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. "The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"We received the pads, they are exactly as we ordered, seem to be excellent quality. We would certainly use this company again. The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). We thought they would probably email us when they received the order and/or let us know about when to expect it to be filled. What did happen was that after a while, we called, and got that confirmation and estimated time over the phone."

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."
