"The work was wonderful. I called and set up an appointment with the owner Pete who came on time. We went over the project & He listened to my thoughts & ideas. He didn't try to sell me a new product ..I wanted to re-use the bricks I had which are the old Chicago pavers. I was very pleased with Pete's knowledge and understanding. His bid wasn't the highest nor lowest I'd received but it was fair. I am so happy I went with StoneMark. Pete was easy to work with, he knew what he was doing & he's very knowledgeable. I have selected him to complete multiple projects for my properties and this time I was trusting him with the huge undertaking of renovating my 1895 Chicago Row House. Once again, I was impressed with the quality workmanship and problem solving skills of Mr. DeLeo and the tradesmen that he chose to bring on as part of his team. I spent over three months working with his men on a daily basis. I opted to live in the row house while they completed an extensive renovation, so needless to say I spent a great deal of time with Mr. DeLeo and his team.
