"My concern is that they overcharged for work (drawings/) and it took a LONG time to finish a project that should have been completed in 3 weeks. They did not present an initial contract to review time frame for completion of job and an estimate of the costs. Insurance agency stated that contractor often gave them billing costs AFTER the work was complete rather than BEFORE. When insurance company contacted contractor to come in the office to discuss concerns, contractor refused and wanted to be paid for the time he would be in the office. We needed to hire a new contractor who could finish the job in a timely manner!"
