"Yes, the team was wonderful. They were here from 7:00am until 4:30pm. They did everything that they said they would do - cleaned and moved contents of the attic to a different part of the house, removed excess attic insulation, and removed all the mold. They even vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom where the access to the attic was after they were done. The team took the time to answer our questions and explain precautions."

"Bernhardt was so very quick to call and arrange an appointment. In the end, our lawyer suggested we did not have to engage someone for asbestos removal because that work could be done by the buyers if necessary… we will forward the recommendation onto new owners.."

"Paul, Jose, and the rest of the Restoration1 team were fantastic. They submitted the most detailed and comprehensive proposal; were willing to be flexible about price since my insurance company wasnâ t covering any of the costs; did excellent and thorough work; and were incredibly responsive throughout all our interactions. I highly recommend Restoration1 and look forward to hiring them again for the rebuild/repair part of the project."

"We hired OCP Construction for a couple of projects: Finishing the Basement with a family room, office, bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry room and the second project remodeling the attic. We can not thank enough the company owners, management, and especially their best crew who transformed and made significant changes to our living spaces and our living environment. From the day we met with James and Jay, we felt very confident in our choice of company for our projects. Respectful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, responsible, dependable, you name any good qualities and all we can apply to OCP construction and their crew who were very punctual and completed all work in the terms it was promised. I will recommend the company to anyone who is looking for great quality and honest services. Thank you very much OCP Construction and we definitely will be using your services again in the future.
