"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain.
