If everything looked good, he said they would not need to drill into the wall. That specific plan was the main reason I chose Sheldon s over the other company. For this, he quoted $3,898 (including a discount). I felt it was high but agreed, in part because he also offered a payment plan and said there would be no interest. Based on this understanding, I signed the estimate. The next day, shortly after starting work, he called me outside and showed me my metal shut-off valve. My primary concerns are: the unexpectedly high and poorly explained pricing (especially the additional $1,200 for the valve), the failure to perform the work as originally proposed (no dig or scope up to the sidewalk), the use of my brother instead of me to verify completion, and inaccurate statements in the final report about both the work performed and a warranty that was never disclosed. I am requesting an adjustment of the charges to reflect an amount in a range closer to Angi's list:$1696 up to "First Class's" quote of $2400. and written clarification of any warranty. I want this handled as an issue of integrity and transparency in how customers are treated and how work is represented."

"Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."
