The best thing is the fact that Tim and his brother Ray both are excellent communicators- you are never left wondering about anything. They also discuss the project first and then have a professional final scope of work agreement that you don't sign or pay until then. That tells anyone that they have great relationships with their material providers. They were on time, even with challenging conditions. I AM bringing them back to do our concrete driveway once we get some other key work done."

They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work.
