"Our gas valve had failed. He was able to correctly identify the problem. They suggested to replace the gas furnace. They said the replacement of the gas valve would have been $733.95. The service technician was very polite and respectful and open with the information. They left the impression that they really wanted to help."

"They said they only do an install but couldn't put a pipe in to my main line for it. So they only swap out an old existing system but don't do plumbing for a new install. Guess I was suppose to hire a plumber to do that. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a new system. Pipes there are supposedly recalled but they couldn't replace them. Would've cost me another $2-300 to just swap them out."

He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"Everything went great and as planned. They arrived within the two hour time block of the appointment. It took slightly over an hour for them to remove the old water softener and install the new one. This included installing the proper drain system for the water softener. The estimate covered everything mentioned and there weren't additional costs. <br> <br>I would use them again in the future. <br> <br>"
