Problems- a) they said over the phone that the technician would have the parts and he didn’t so he had to come back the next day, and we waited all morning and half of the afternoon for him to arrive. B) I thought $800 was a ridiculous amount for a door spring. We will never use this company again. C). Eventually, he got the door to work by modifying the wrong spring instead of using the correct spring. All in all, a poor experience."

Installed over rotten door frame, not installed for finishing interior sheetrock, leaks, glass door not on track and won't open all the way, screen door falls off, missing latch parts, track pieces falling off.....tons of pics to be posted later."

"Two jobs. Two bad experiences. The last was final straw. Small job and I called them so they get their money quickly. They charged me a service fee and never mentioned on call. Owner simply said “ it’s written on all of our paperwork” Small amount on small job but this is the the way they roll. Excuses and no apology. That would have gone a long way."
