"I needed my hot water heater replaced. Mike answered all my questions in detail and explained pros and cons of different systems available with me. He was knowledgeable and my husband and I felt comfortable hiring him. Mike and his son arrived pretty much on time and apologized for being a few minutes later than expected. They introduced themselves and got right to work; they went over what needed to be done after looking over everything. They finished the job in about two hours and went over in detail what they had to do and why in terms that was easy to understand. They were professional and did not leave anything behind to clean up; you would not even know they were there. Amazingly, my two dogs, who are very protective of me and our home, were comfortable with them without having to be bribed with a treat. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage.
